These terms apply when you use wildflowercrochetstudio.com or buy from Wildflower Crochet Studio, a handmade shop run by Kim Gibbs in Ashland City, Tennessee. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Everything here is crocheted by hand. I do my best to show colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary and no two handmade pieces are exactly alike. Small differences from the photos are normal and aren't defects.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify when you place your order.

Orders

If an item turns out to be unavailable, a price was listed wrong, or something about an order doesn't look right, I may cancel it and refund you in full. If that happens, I'll email you.

Custom orders

For custom or personalized pieces, I'll confirm the details with you before I start. Once I've started making a custom piece, the order can't be canceled, and it can't be returned unless it arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed on.

Care

Please follow the care instructions on the product page. I can't be responsible for damage from washing or care that doesn't follow them.

Limits

I stand behind my work. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses from using this site or its products, and if something goes wrong with an order, my responsibility is limited to what you paid for it.
