Shipping policy

Getting your order ready

Every piece is made to order, so it takes about 1 to 2 weeks to make before it ships. If something's going to take longer, I'll let you know.

Where I ship

I ship within the United States only right now.

Shipping cost

You pay what USPS charges to send your order, plus $1 for packing materials. The cost depends on how much your order weighs and where it's going, and you'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Carrier and tracking

Orders ship with USPS. At checkout you can pick Ground Advantage or the faster Priority Mail. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost or late packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is up to them. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, email me at kmgibbs5525@gmail.com and I'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, I'll reach out, and you'll need to cover the cost of sending it again.
